Pre-Contractual Information Form

This form sets out everything you need to know before subscribing to Skalon. You must read it and confirm that you have done so before your subscription starts. It takes effect together with the Subscription and Terms of Service; in case of conflict, the Subscription and Terms of Service prevails.

2. ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICE

Skalon is a software-as-a-service application that connects to your advertising and analytics platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, Adjust and similar) with read-only access, monitors your advertising performance, detects issues and produces recommendations.

The service is delivered over the internet as an application; it does not involve delivery of any physical goods. When your subscription becomes active, a separate and isolated database is provisioned for your brand and access to your account is granted.

IMPORTANT — SKALON DOES NOT MAKE CHANGES ON YOUR ADVERTISING PLATFORMS ON YOUR BEHALF. Recommendations are presented to you; actions such as pausing a campaign or changing a budget are carried out by you on the relevant platform. Skalon holds read-only access.

The scope of the service depends on the number of channels you connect. Package contents and current prices are published at skalon.ai/pricing.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

Your Skalon subscription starts with a fourteen (14) day FREE trial. No payment is taken during the trial; your card details are stored with the payment institution solely for the charge after the trial, and this is clearly stated on the sign-up screen.

If you terminate your subscription before the trial ends, your card is not charged at all. At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription on the plan you selected at sign-up, and the first charge is made on that date. Before the trial ends, a reminder e-mail is sent stating the conversion date and the amount to be charged.

The subscription fee depends on the package you choose and is published in Turkish Lira at skalon.ai/pricing. Published fees EXCLUDE VAT; the VAT-inclusive total is shown clearly at checkout and is the amount actually charged.

Payment is taken monthly by credit card. Payment infrastructure is provided by iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş.; your card details are never seen, stored or processed by Skalon.

Unless you end it, your subscription renews at the end of each period on the same terms and is charged to the card you selected. You may stop renewal at any time without giving a reason.

Any change to fees is notified to you at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect. If you do not accept the new fee, you may end your subscription within the notice period.

4. TERM AND TERMINATION

The agreement remains in force for as long as your subscription continues; there is NO minimum commitment period.

You can end your subscription in a single action from Settings → Subscription inside the application. Ending it is not subject to any condition more onerous than the one you followed to subscribe; you do not need to call us, fill in a form or state a reason. This route is available at all times.

Your termination request is carried out within seven (7) days at the latest and confirmed to you on a durable medium (e-mail). No charge is taken for the following period.

Any amount paid for a period not used is refunded within fifteen (15) days of your request, without deduction.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Within fourteen (14) days of your subscription starting you may withdraw without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The full amount you paid is refunded.

Sending a notice to hello@skalon.ai is sufficient; the refund request button inside the application has the same effect. The refund is made within fourteen (14) days of your notice reaching us, to the payment instrument you used.

Refunds are issued to your card through iyzico. Depending on your bank, the amount may take a few business days to appear; this period is outside Skalon's control.

For subscriptions with a free trial period, the fourteen (14) day withdrawal period runs from the date of the first charge; since no payment is taken during the trial, termination within the trial is free of charge in any event.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you qualify as a consumer, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at your place of residence, subject to the monetary thresholds announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

If you act for commercial or professional purposes, consumer legislation does not apply and the dispute provisions of the Subscription and Terms of Service govern.

7. PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data and the data retrieved from your advertising accounts are processed as described in the Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and the Privacy Policy. Your brand data is never sent to any language model.

Your data is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt); any transfer abroad is carried out under Article 9 of the Turkish Data Protection Law, on infrastructure providing adequate safeguards.

8. VALIDITY OF THIS FORM

The information in this form is binding as it stands on the date your subscription starts. The current version is always published at skalon.ai/on-bilgilendirme.
