These Terms govern your use of skalon.ai (the "Website"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. About Skalon

The Website is operated by Skalon, a brand of Karatoprak LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. Skalon offers an audit, analysis, and optimization platform for performance marketing teams. The Website itself is a marketing and information channel; the Skalon service is provided separately under a separate agreement.

3. Use of the Website

You may use the Website to:

• Read information about Skalon
• Watch product demonstrations
• Submit a demo request

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website
• Interfere with the operation of the Website

When you submit a demo request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. We will use your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a demo request does not create a service contract with Skalon — any service relationship requires a separate signed agreement.

The Website integrates with third-party services (such as Tally for forms and embedded video providers). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Skalon is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

7. No warranties

The Website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Website will be available without interruption, free of errors, or secure against unauthorized access.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skalon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Website is limited to the greater of (a) 100 USD or (b) the amount you have paid to Skalon in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for Website use, is typically zero).

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
