• Tally (form submission and storage) — Belgium-based, GDPR compliant
• Vercel (website hosting) — US-based, with EU data residency where applicable
• Google Workspace (business email) — US-based, GDPR and KVKK compliant

These providers are bound by data processing agreements consistent with KVKK and GDPR requirements.

6. International data transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We rely on standard contractual clauses and provider compliance certifications to ensure adequate protection.

We retain demo request data for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).
